Rice-flour bread becomes hard over time.
Warming it up gives it a freshly baked flavour.
As rice flour is rice, it is susceptible to drying out, so it is best to keep it frozen and warm it up just before serving for best flavour.

Microwave (600W) 20-30 seconds Heating

Microwave (600W) for 50 seconds to 1 minute.
(Pizzas can be heated for up to 2 minutes 30 seconds)

Focaccia and pizza will taste better when crispy around the edges. The warming up time is a guide, please adjust accordingly.

After heating in the microwave for 1 min 20 sec, Warm in a toaster oven for 1-2 minutes.

Nice to meet you! I'm probably... a health nut. I started gluten and egg free because I wanted to improve my constitution!
